Avocado Chimichurri

This avocado chimichurri is so creamy, fresh, and delicious. Perfect on some beautifal grilled steak.
Ingredients
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 1-2 tsp red pepper chili flakes
- good pinch of salt, I use flaky
- 2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Chop the herbs, finely mince the garlic, and dice the avocado.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl along with the seasonings, oil, and vinegar.
- Top it on cooked sliced steak. Enjoy!
