Halloween is upon us and when thinking of desserts to make, bite sized chocolate sweets is what comes to mind. These chocolate chip brownie bites are incredibly delicious and are a must try. They are vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free. The best part, these are no bake and come together in no time!
what you will need to make these
creamy almond butter
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips
1/2 cup dairy free white chocolate chips
1/2 tbsp. coconut oil

Make sure you keep these always cool. Either store in the freezer and when ready to enjoy just thaw them for 5 minutes at room temperature or store these in the fridge in an air tight container.
Vegan No Bake Chocolate Chip Brownie Mummy Bites

These incredibly delicious mummy brownie bites are the perfect little treat. They are vegan, gluten/refined sugar, and simple to make.
Ingredients
Brownie
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp raw cacao
- 1/3 cup dairy free chocolate chips
White Chocolate Coating
- 1/2 cup dairy free white chocolate chips
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Start by lining a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine all brownie ingredients in a bowl until a thick dough forms. Using a cookie scoop or hand make balls. Place onto the prepared cookie sheet. Place brownies into freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
- In the meantime, melt the chocolate by adding chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals mixing each time afterwards until smooth.
- Remove brownie bites from freezer. Dip each into the chocolate (leave some chocolate for the horizontal lines) place back into the freezer for 5 minute. Then remove again and create horizontal lines using the remaining melted chocolate.
- Using some red juice from a jam jar (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), make little eyes. Place back into freezer for 5 minutes and then enjoy !
