These three ingredients air fryer bagels are so easy to make. They are a great way to get a snack or breakfast on a plate in under 15 minutes. If you love bagels, you will love these. They are made with gluten-free all-purpose flour. Click here for the brand of flour that works great.

Helpful Notes:

  • To work with sticky dough, make sure to flour the surface, dough, hands, really well. Once that dough has almost come together, you can also wet your hands to prevent sticking. There is a learning curve, but you got this!

  • Make sure to preheat the air fryer for at least five minutes at 350F.

  • Spray each bagel with some avocado oil spray to help them brown while cooking.

  • The longer the donuts stay out, the more dense and bagel-like they get. So the next day these are even better with some cream cheese on them.

Three Ingredient GF Air Fryer Blueberry Bagels

Easy, soft, doughy, gluten-free bagels made with three simple ingredients right in your air fryer. These can be made in under 15 minutes and are a must try!

Ingredients

  • 2 small ripe bananas
  • 1 cup self rising flour, more if needed. This depends on the size of the banana and how much mashed banana you will have.
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • Avocado oil spray
Self-Rising Flour
  • 1 cup gluten-free all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. To a bowl, add two small ripe bananas and mash them well with the backside of a fork or something similar.
  2. Then, add in the self-rising flour. Mix the batter until crumbly, then transfer dough onto a floured surface.
  3. Wet your hand a little and start to work the dough until flour and mashed bananas are all combined and you are able to make a smooth ball shape. It is important to know that the dough will be very sticky at first. Water on hands helps and make sure to flour the surface and the dough as needed.
  4. Form a ball shape, slightly flatten it and add frozen blueberries.
  5. Then, fold it again a few time to spread the blueberries out.
  6. Make a smooth ball again and separate it into flour equal pieces. Roll each section of dough into a ball, then flatten it, make an open circle in the middle and form it into a bagel shape as best as you can. They don’t have to be perfect!
  7. Preheat air fryer to 350F for at least 5 minutes.
  8. Once preheated, add the bagels to the air fryer. Do not overcrowd the pan. Leave room between each bagel because they do get larger.
  9. Spray some avocado oil on top of each bagel and air fryer at 350F for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Once cooked, rest them for a few minutes, then slice horizontally and enjoy with cream cheese, jam, or your favorite spread.
