Rich and creamy mousse is healthy, thanks to the avocado. It is a decadent treat that won't derail your healthy eating goals.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • optional: whipped coconut cream and grated chocolate for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients minus the whipped cream and grated chocolate. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Divide the mousse among small glasses or ramekins.
  3. Garnish with coconut whip and grated chocolate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to get chilled and set. Enjoy!
