Dark Chocolate Avocado Mousse

Rich and creamy mousse is healthy, thanks to the avocado. It is a decadent treat that won't derail your healthy eating goals.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- optional: whipped coconut cream and grated chocolate for garnish
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients minus the whipped cream and grated chocolate. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Divide the mousse among small glasses or ramekins.
- Garnish with coconut whip and grated chocolate and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to get chilled and set. Enjoy!
