Healthy, simple cereal made right at home with ingredients you've most likely already have at home. These are gluten and dairy free and a perfect guilt free breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, cocoa powder, and coconut sugar.
- Add honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into small balls (about the size of a cocoa puff) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cereal balls are firm. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Store in an airtight container.
- Enjoy with your favorite milk for breakfast or eat it dry as a crunchy snack.
