Healthy, simple cereal made right at home with ingredients you've most likely already have at home. These are gluten and dairy free and a perfect guilt free breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups oat flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together oat flour, cocoa powder, and coconut sugar.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls (about the size of a cocoa puff) and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the cereal balls are firm. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.
  6. Store in an airtight container.
  7. Enjoy with your favorite milk for breakfast or eat it dry as a crunchy snack.
