These banana blondies are simple to make, healthy, and perfect for a quick treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for added sweetness and texture)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips if you're using them.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the blondies cool in the pan before cutting them into squares. Enjoy!
