Easy Banana Blondies

These banana blondies are simple to make, healthy, and perfect for a quick treat.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional for added sweetness and texture)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, almond butter, and maple syrup. Stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips if you're using them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
