A fresh, colorful salad loaded with flavor, tossed with the best creamy lemon dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup roasted corn
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Half Avocado, diced
- 2 slices cooked Bacon, crumbled
- Small handful fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 boiled egg
Creamy Lemon Dressing
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep all your salad ingredients and add them to a salad bowl (minus the boiled egg).
- Mix together the dressing ingredients until well combined and pour over the salad. Toss to coat the salad well.
- Add a boiled egg on top and enjoy!
