The juciest chicken thighs made right in the air fryer. This recipe is so dang good it’ll keep you coming back for more. The marinade is hands down the best part. Its super garlicy with the right amount of spice and the addition of fresh cilantro takes it over the top. The chicken gets so juicy and crispy in the air fryer but you can also grill these or bake them at 400F until internal temp reaches 165F. Enjoy!

These insanely juicy chicken thighs are made with an easy delicious marinade that will be your next go to.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 skinless chicken thighs, slightly tenderized
  • 1/4 c soy sauce. Can also use tamari
  • 2 tb sesame oil
  • 2 tb Gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tb coconut sugar, can use brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tb fresh ginger, finely minced
  • Large handful cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix together the marinade. Pour it over the tenderized chicken thighs. Cover and marinate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Then, you want to make sure you preheat the air fryer for at least 5 minutes prior to cooking so it is hot. I simply just turn on my air fryer on 390F or 198C for 5 minutes.
  3. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to do this in batches, I do two chicken thighs at a time. Lay chicken in the preheated air fryer and cook on 390F for 5 minutes.
  4. Then flip the chicken over and cook and additional 3-4min. Make sure internal temp is at least 165F.
  5. Rest for a few minutes slice and enjoy on salads, grain bowls, or pair with your favorite sides.
