White Chocolate Easter Popcorn Clusters
Yield: 3-4
This irresistable popcorn snack will satisfy all of your sweet cravings. It so easy to make and so fun with all the different add ins you can add.
Ingredients
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- About half a bag of popcorn, about 5-6 cups
- Easter edition pastel M&Ms
- Easter chocolate eggs
- Small handful of pretzels
- Additional add ins can be mini marshmallows, raisins, nuts, etc
Instructions
- Start by melting the white chocolate along with some coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl in 30 second intervals mixing between each time until smooth and creamy
- Add popcorn of choice to a bowl, pour over the melted white chocolate and toss to coat the popcorn well
- Top with favorite toppings, I did Easter pastel M&Ms, mini easter chocolate eggs, and crushed pretzels
- Give it another slight toss and place the bowl in the fridge for the chocolate to set
- Break into clusters and enjoy. I store left overs just in a bowl on the counter. It usually does not last more than one day to be honest
