5 INGREDIENT BUFFALO CHICKEN THIGHS
Super easy and tasty recipe that is so versatile. These buffalo chicken thighs only require 5 ingredients and can be used in sandwiches, wraps, salads, or paired with potato wedges. These made a perfect lunch or dinner.

These buffalo chicken thighs are easy to make and are so versatile. Pair them with potato wedges, make sandwich, wrap, or place on top of salad.
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs tenderized (can also do breast if you prefer)
- 1/2 cup gluten free or regular all purpose flour
- 1 cup good quality buffalo sauce
- Handful chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Lay chicken flat, add some wrap over them and tenderize the meat until much thinner and all equal in thickness
- To a bowl, add flour and coat chicken on both sides shaking off the excess
- Heat oil in a large cooking pan on medium heat. Transfer chicken thighs and cook on both sides for about 5 minutes until gold and crunchy. Internal temp should reach at least 165F.
- Pour buffalo sauce directly into the pan and coat the chicken well.
- Add chopped parsley and flip the chicken around a couple of times.
- Pair this with potato wedges, make a wrap, a sandwich, or cut into strips and add on top of a salad. Enjoy!
