Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions

- For the air fryer: Preheat to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.

- Place the beaten egg in one bowl and the macadamia coating mixture in another.
