Ingredients
Cheesecake Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup Pecana pecan nut milk
- 3 tbsp maple syrup (or monk fruit sweetener for low sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Crunch Topping
- 1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Other
- 20-25 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray or melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in the Pecana pecan nut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until creamy. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the chopped pecans, coconut sugar, and cinnamon.
- Lay a wonton wrapper flat and place a small dollop (about 1 tsp) of the cheesecake filling in the center and add some of the pecan mixture.
- Fold the wrapper into a mini burrito. Seal firmly to close.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly spray or brush the wonton bites with cooking spray or melted butter.
- Sprinkle the pecan crunch topping on each bite, pressing gently to adhere.
- Air fry in batches for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them warm with an extra drizzle of maple syrup or a dusting of powdered sugar!
