This Pineapple Frosé is a refreshing and delightful drink, perfect for hot days and gatherings with friends!

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of rosé wine, chilled. I used about 2 cups here. Depending on how much of the champagne flavor you like, adjust the quantity.
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Squeeze of half lemon
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chilled rosé wine, frozen pineapple chunks, honey or agave syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend until smooth and slushy.
  3. If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more rosé wine to reach the desired consistency.
  4. If it's too thin, add more frozen pineapple or ice cubes.
  5. Pour the frosé into glasses, garnish with pineapple slices and serve immediately.
