Pineapple Frosé

Ingredients
- 1 bottle of rosé wine, chilled. I used about 2 cups here. Depending on how much of the champagne flavor you like, adjust the quantity.
- 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
- Squeeze of half lemon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chilled rosé wine, frozen pineapple chunks, honey or agave syrup, lemon juice, and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and slushy.
- If the mixture is too thick, add a bit more rosé wine to reach the desired consistency.
- If it's too thin, add more frozen pineapple or ice cubes.
- Pour the frosé into glasses, garnish with pineapple slices and serve immediately.
