This is sweeter take on the classic aperol spritz. It is so refreshing and perfect for summer.

Ingredients

• Ice
• 3-4 oz Pineapple Juice
• 3 oz Aperol
• About 190 ml Prosecco
• Sparkling Water
• Fresh Pineapple

Instructions

1. Start by adding ice to a glass.
2. Pour in pineapple juice, aperol, Prosecco and sparkling water. Give it a slight mix.
3. Taste for sweetness. Add more pineapple juice if need.
4. Add fresh pineapple to the rim and enjoy. Cheers!
