Moist, easy, and delicious chocolate chip banana bread made with only eight ingredients. Perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert!
Ingredients
- 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter, melted. Sub with melted coconut oil for dairy-free
- 1 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F and a line a loaf pan with some parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together mashed bananas and all the wet ingredients.
- Then incorporate the flour and baking soda.
- Lastly, fold in chocolate chip.
- Transfer batter to the loaf pan. Top with more chocolate chips and bake 45-50 minutes.
- Cool for a few minutes and then slice and enjoy. Store left overs in an air tight container. Enjoy!
