Moist, easy, and delicious chocolate chip banana bread made with only eight ingredients. Perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert!

Ingredients

  • 3 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted. Sub with melted coconut oil for dairy-free
  • 1 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup dark or milk chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and a line a loaf pan with some parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mashed bananas and all the wet ingredients.
  3. Then incorporate the flour and baking soda.
  4. Lastly, fold in chocolate chip.
  5. Transfer batter to the loaf pan. Top with more chocolate chips and bake 45-50 minutes.
  6. Cool for a few minutes and then slice and enjoy. Store left overs in an air tight container. Enjoy!
