This easy Trader Joe's meal is so delicious, perfect for a bust weeknight and is done in under twenty minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 Package Marinated Shawarma Chicken Thighs
  • Plain Organic Hummus
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Drizzle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Bag of Organic Mediterranean Crunch Salad Kit
  • 1 Package of Feta Crumbles

Instructions

  1. Start by removing the chicken from the packaging and cook either in the air fryer, grill, or oven until internal temp reaches at least 165F.
  2. To a plate, add some hummus and smear it. Season with smoked paprika and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
  3. Prepare the salad kit by tossing it well. Add some of the salad on top of the hummus.
  4. Once chicken is done, slice it and top it on top of the salad.
  5. Add some feta crumbles and enjoy!
