Ingredients
- 1 cup Fresh Corn
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Fresh Mozzarella Pearls
- 2 Avocados, diced
- Handful of Fresh Dill, chopped
- Good Pinch of Salt
- Few Cracks Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a medium sized salad bowl. Toss it well. Adjust the salt/pepper if needed. Enjoy!
