Air Fryer Cream Cheese Stuffed Chocolate Chip Bagel Bites

These bagel bites are an easy breakfast idea perfect for all ages. They are easy, quick, and require only four ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup blended cottage cheese
- 1 cup gluten-free or regular self-rising flour (see instructions below)
- 1/2 chocolate or chopped chips, chopped fine
- a few tbsp plain cream cheese
- avocado oil for spraying
Gluten-Free Self Rising Flour
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- To start, preheat your air fryer at 350F for 5 minutes so it gets nice and hot.
- In a blender, add one cup of cottage cheese and blend until smooth. If cottage cheese is too thick and not blender, you can add a few drop of water to help blend.
- To a bowl, add blended cottage cheese and sift in one cup of gluten-free self-rising flour (see instructions above).
- Start mixing to form a dough and transfer onto a floured surface.
- Work the dough until it comes together into a ball. Press it slightly down and add chopped chocolate in the center. Fold the dough until the chocolate is incorporated well.
- Cut the dough into eight equal size balls. Roll each dough ball and make a slight well in the center.
- Add about 1-2 tsp of cream cheese into the center. Seal it and roll it into a smooth ball shape again.
- Place all the stuffed dough balls in the air fryer without crowding it too much. Spray the tops with avocado oil and air fry at 350F for 5 minutes or until golden, brown, and crispy. Enjoy!
