Sausage Egg + Cheese Wonton Cups

This is a great family-friendly breakfast recipe for when you want minimal prep time. They cheesy, crunchy, and so delicious.
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 6 mini sausage breakfast patties, I used turkey ones.
- 6 wonton wrappers
- Small handful spinach, chopped
- Handful shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F (180C) and fill muffin tin cavities with wonton wrappers.
- Into each cavity, place a small breakfast sausage patty into the bottom.
- Pour over whisked eggs and top with chopped spinach and shredded cheese,.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and wonton is crispy.
- Serve and enjoy!
