This is a great family-friendly breakfast recipe for when you want minimal prep time. They cheesy, crunchy, and so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 6 mini sausage breakfast patties, I used turkey ones.
  • 6 wonton wrappers
  • Small handful spinach, chopped
  • Handful shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C) and fill muffin tin cavities with wonton wrappers.
  2. Into each cavity, place a small breakfast sausage patty into the bottom.
  3. Pour over whisked eggs and top with chopped spinach and shredded cheese,.
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and wonton is crispy.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
