Easy, six ingredient munchkins made right in the air fryer with 5 grams of protein per piece.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup farmer cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 granulated sugar of choice (coconut, maple, monk fruit, etc)
  • 3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions

  1. To bowl, add farmer cheese and granulated sugar. Combine it well with the backside of a form.
  2. Crack in the egg and mix to combine.
  3. Add in flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix to form a thick batter.
  4. Grab a chunk of batter, roll it into a ball and set aside.
  5. Preheat air fryer 350F for 5 minutes.
  6. Place munchkin into the air fryer, spray the tops with some avocado oil and air fryer at 350F for 5 minutes.
