Salmon and Sweet Apple Slaw Naan

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 naan breads or flatbread of choice
- Balsamic glaze drizzle
Romaine Apple Slaw
- 2 cups Revol Greens Romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
- 1 apple, julienned
- 1/4 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together all the spices.
- Rub the salmon fillets with olive oil and coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through. Set aside.

Prepare the Romaine Apple Slaw
- In a large bowl, combine thinly sliced Romaine lettuce, julienned apple, and thinly sliced red cabbage.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to combine. Set aside.
Assemble the Flatbreads
- Brush the flatbreads or naan with olive oil and toast them in a skillet or over the stove until warm and slightly crispy.
- Flake the blackened salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Top each flatbread with a generous amount of Romaine apple slaw and flaked blackened salmon.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve immediately.
