Low Carb Almond Flour Everything Buns | Air Fryer

These air fryer buns are so crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are gluten-free, low carb, and higher in protein thanks to the greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup self rising almond flour
- everything but the bagel seasoning
- avocado oil spray
Self Rising Almond Flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Start by preheating air fryer at 350F while you make the dough. Preheat for at least 5 minutes.
- To a bowl, add greek yogurt and sift in the self-rising almond flour.
- Mix to form a dough and transfer to a flat working surface.
- Add some more flour if too sticky and form the dough into a big smooth circle.
- Grab chunks of dough, roll them into balls.
- Spray each with avocado oil and then toss them into everything seasoning on all sides.
- Place into the air fryer basket and air fry at 350F for about 6-7 minutes (this will depend on your air fryer). They need to cook until the outside is golden brown and crunchy.
- NOTE: Do not make these super large or else the outside will cook and the inside will still be very doughy. Think slightly larger donut holes.
