The most gooey, fudgy, full of flavor brownies without ever realizing that there is a full avocado in the mix. These are extremely simple to make and are the perfect treat. They are gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free. You only need a small handful of ingredients to make these so get to it. Enjoy friends!

These brownies are sweet, fudgy, and full of flavor. They are gluten, dairy, and refined sugar free. Perfect treat for the entire family.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado. Ripe enough to mash it
  • 2 pasture raised eggs
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil room temp
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips + more for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. To a large bowl, add the avocado and mash it well.
  3. Then, add the eggs, coconut oil, and coconut sugar. Whisk everything well.
  4. To that same bowl, add in almond flour, raw cacao, baking soda, and salt. Mix to form a thick brownie dough.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and transfer batter to the prepared dish. Top with more chocolate chips. You can also do nuts, coconut flakes, fall sprinkles, top these with anything you want before baking!
  6. Bake for about 16-18 minutes. Edges should be slightly crusted.
  7. Cool brownies for 5-10 minutes, then slice them into desired shaped and dig in. Enjoy friends!
