Delicious, cream cheese stuffed bagel bites are the perfect little snack or breakfast.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup gluten-free self-rising flour
Gluten-Free Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Start by combining yogurt, pumpkin puree, and self rising flour in a large bowl.
- Use more flour as needed so that the dough does not stick to your hands and work the dough until it is smooth.
- Grab a chunk of dough, roll it into a ball, slightly flatten it, add a bit of cream cheese, seal it shut, and roll it into a smooth ball.
- Preheat air fryer for 5 minutes at 350F. If using the oven bake them at 350F for 16-18 minutes until golden.
- Spray the bagels with some avocado oil and air fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
